Licorice root, known as Gan Cao in Chinese, is a traditional dried root widely used as a flavouring ingredient in teas and cooking. It is appreciated for its naturally mild sweetness and smooth taste, which helps balance and harmonise blended teas and soups.

Our licorice root is carefully selected and gently dried to retain its natural aroma and flavour. It can be brewed on its own or combined with other dried ingredients such as chrysanthemum, goji berries, or astragalus root for daily enjoyment.
